Our fish is cut daily to ensure it is great tasting and fresh! We have chosen a small range to ensure a consistent product but have stuck to the traditional cod and haddock as the main items. We source our fish from several suppliers who deliver daily and bring us a great product to serve to you. We fry your fish at 170 degrees and we always cook your meal to order to ensure it’s perfectly golden and crisp. Our batter is made several times a day to keep it cold so when it hits the hot oil it gives a crunchy bite!
At Stone’s Fish and Chips we source our potatoes from Manor Farm in Ruislip who buy the best spuds from farms all around England. We only accept English potatoes with the correct sugar and dry matter content, ensuring really good chips with great flavour. We double fry all of our chips, all the time! We first fry the chips at 140 deg until soft and then we finish (to order) at 180 deg . We always serve crispy hot chips. Enjoy!
